I can't believe the service at this supposed 5 star hotel. I booked a nice room as I have visited the hotel several times before. I came back around 4:30 pm after leaving the room early in the am somewhat surprised to find the room not made up. I called and was told that I could call when I was ready. When I called back to have the room cleaned I was told that it was not possible since they only clean until 5:30 pm. I mean it's not a big deal to be delayed in cleaning. What is not 5 star is having the guest beg to have a room cleaning that should have been done in the first place. That's certainly a first for me at a supposed 5 star hotel

From the time of check in, the staff was polite and helpful. We had some delicious sushi in the lobby and the room had beautiful fees of the harbor. Cocktails were great in the lobby as well. Delicious whiskey sour. My wife loved her massage at the spa. Recommend the eggs Benedict. We will be back!

We had a terrible customer service experience. We arrived for a staycation. When we booked it, we asked for an early check-in and even got an email confirmation with the early check in time. We arrived two hours before the check-in, the room was not ready. They told us to wait and they would text us. No one texted us. it took two hours and us repeatedly checking in with the front desk for an update. they gave lots of excuses. The only thing we enjoyed about the stay was that the room was clean. The customer service was terrible for this quality of hotel.

Great location with a fun hip vibe. Stayed for 2 nights and had an excellent visit. Loved the hotel humor with witty quotes on napkins and ads. It rained while we were there and we tried the Nordic experience which is sauna and cold dip. Staff were helpful and encouraging which I appreciated. Room was clean and loved the tablet that opened/closed curtains, lights etc.

Best housekeeping in the world. Aman level detail. This hotel does it all right - turn down service, attention, clean dialed work. How it should be done.
